Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions when booking an experience.

1. You are booking a private escape room experience at Real Escape Barbados managed by Iron Avatar. The room will be exclusively yours for you and your paying guests during your scheduled event.
2. All escape room experiences start strictly at the published time. You should arrive at least 10 minutes before this time. The game will end exactly one hour after the published start time, so if you are late, your game time will be reduced accordingly.
3. If members of your party do not show up, you will be required to pay for all missing persons in your party, but we will offer a credit for future booking.
4. If you are unable to make your booked time, please notify us at least 2 hours before the booking. We may be able to accommodate a change of date/time or credit towards a future game. If a suitable new time cannot be booked, you will be required to pay for 1 adult booking.
5. All minors must be accompanied by at least one paying adult (Or a person over 16 years of age).
6. No outside food or drink is allowed.
7. No recording devices of any kind (mobile phone, camera, video camera) are allowed in the escape room.
8. This is a family focused establishment, and any excessively drunk or otherwise influenced guests will be denied entry. No refund will be issued.
9. All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to play. Refusal to complete, or completion with fraudulent information, will result in denial of play.
10. Guests are responsible for any damage done to the venue, game or props caused by reckless or inappropriate behavior.
11. You and all guests must have a great time, come back and tell your friends all about it!
